place all the art...

mxheli1.raw
mxheli1.ACT
MXrotor1.raw
MXROTOR1.ACT
mxtail1.raw
MXTAIL1.ACT

...in your C:\Program Files\Traxx\Art folder

place all the bin models...

mxheli1.bin

MXrot1.bin
MXrot2.bin
MXrot3.bin
MXrot4.bin
MXrot5.bin
MXrot6.bin
MXrotC.bin (control bin)

MXtail1.bin
MXtail2.bin
MXtail3.bin
MXtail4.bin
MXtail5.bin
MXtail6.bin
MXtailC.bin (control bin)

...in your C:\Program Files\Traxx\Models folder

after you start traxx and load your track up, then load up all 15 bins into your traxx models view box then place the mxheli1.bin, MXrotC.bin (control bin) and the MXtailC.bin (control bin) onto the track, those are the only three bins you need to put on the track...
now position the main rotor and the tail rotor in place on the heli body (helicopter sitting on the ground for now), create a pod and take a look at it in the game, if everything lines up and looks in place then go back into traxx and set each bins properties to a new altitude
NOTE: be sure to raise each bin by the same exact number, ie if you raise the body by 30.0 then raise the main and tail rotors by 30.0

NOTE: for rotor placement refference I included the MXheli1sample.jpg in this zip.
